James Bond Quantum of Solace Wii modes? I am considering buying previously stated (above) game and I am wondering what modes there are that you can play. Let’s face it, fuel supply is finite and the prices of gas is only going to rise higher and higher. Pretty soon here, I’m going to be reviewing Thames & Kosmos ability House – not so much a toy as a full on model home / eco-experiments activity project. There’s a lot to that activity kit though, so before I review I’m going to cover the basics. Power House provides an introduction to sustainable energy sources and teaches basic concepts and principles in physical science.

By Li Fangfang (China Daily) Updated: 2009-09-11 08:10 Battery and electric car producer BYD Co plans to list itself on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange next year with a 100 million share issue to raise funds for its new energy vehicle projects, according to a senior company official. The Hong Kong-listed company, partly owned by US billionaire Warren Buffet, got the necessary shareholder approval for the public float at the annual general meeting held in Shenzhen on Tuesday.

Hong Kong-listed BYD Co. Ltd., 10% owned by Warren Buffett affiliate MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co., received shareholder approval to list its shares on the Shenzhen stock exchange next year, Wang Jianjun told China Daily. Jianjun is deputy general manager of BYD Auto Sales Co. Ltd., which is based in Shenzhen. He told the paper the listing could be complete before Sept. 7 and proceeds from the issue would be used for funding lithium-ion battery production, automobile research and development, and other ventures.

48 percent of respondents to a recent Pike Research survey have classified themselves as very or extremely intrested in buying a plug-in hybrid vee- hee -cle, and 65 percent of them were willing to pay a premium price relative to a regular old petrol puffer. This enthusiasm stretched to an average premium of 12 percent which, while encouraging, still won’t quite cover the current price gap between hybrids and, erm, monobryds? It would seem, then, that the environmental, fuel efficiency and plug-in ability benefits aren’t lost on buyers, but neither are basic principles of economics.

During a working trip to San Diego a few years ago, my hubby was fortunate to have an opportunity to visit the exhibition of electric vehicles. Several electric cars and plug- in hybrids ranging from vintage to modern classic sports cars were on display, drawing big crowds of car lovers. I believe most of us don’t know much about electric cars yet so, I surfed the net for some information regarding electric cars and plug-in hybrids. Here’s what I found.
